Yoga with Gordon Sharpe
Gordon's in-depth knowledge of Yoga and extensive experience of teaching the subject make his classes distinctive and precise and the benefits are experienced rapidly.
Gordon's classes concentrate on (as do all other methods of Yoga) the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. In addition, he incorporates the central philosophy of the Bhagvad Gita - the individual paths of Raja, Jnana and Bhakti yoga.
The training in the correct sequence of postures, breathing, relaxation, concentration, visualization, meditation and contemplation are the essence of each of Gordon's classes.
