is a state of complete peace created within the mind to perceive the Higher Self - Soul. It is also known as the development of Conscious Intuition or Intuitive Perception.

With practice, meditation quietens the mind and body, allowing one to perceive one's purpose in life and the means of attaining fulfillment in that purpose.
